Cancellation Policy

(Updated January 2026 – All Packages) By booking and paying the retainer, Client agrees to these terms. 1. Booking & Retainer 20% non-refundable retainer due at booking to secure date. Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances (cancellation, rescheduling, force majeure, etc.). Valid credit card required on file. Online booking form must be submitted via www.ivaughhhn.com. 2. Payment Remaining balance (80%) due day prior to event. Late payment may cancel session without refund of retainer. Additional services (extra hours, etc.) billed separately to card on file. 3. Travel Client pays all travel expenses (flights, lodging, transport, etc.) except meals for sessions outside of Georgia. Expenses reimbursed within 7 days with receipts. Client pays travel outside of Atlanta, within Georgia borders, a rate at $0.60/mile. 4. Cancellations/Rescheduling Any cancellation forfeits full retainer. Any cancellations 7 days prior to event, a 25% fee will be charged to card on file. Rescheduling requires 30+ days notice; subject to availability. If Videographer cancels (illness/emergency/force majeure), full refund or credit offered. 5. Deliverables Final video(s) delivered within 12 weeks via online gallery. One complimentary revision; additional $250 each. No physical media unless added. 6. Rights & Usage Videographer retains copyright. Client granted personal, non-commercial license. Must tag @ivaughhhn in all social posts using content. No editing, cropping, filtering, or alteration of delivered content without written permission. Videographer may use footage for portfolio/marketing unless privacy requested in writing (may add fee). 7. Client Responsibilities Obtain permits, permissions, and access. Provide detailed timeline 14+ days prior. Videographer may refuse hazardous conditions without refund. 8. Liability Videographer’s liability limited to package price. Client indemnifies Videographer from third-party claims. Professional insurance carried. 9. Governing Law Laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes via mediation in Atlanta, GA.
